Right now we deal in 3 varieties of mogar dal. Platinum – it’s the largest size, locally called as talai mogar normally used to make a fried Indian snack. Diamond – it’s the medium size its used in normal cooking all over India. Gold – it’s the smallest size, normally famous in eastern region like Kolkata. .

Our native Nasrullagunj is blessed with the magical surrounding of the best quality fertile black soil. And for irrigation the Holy Narmada river.so the pulses grown here called summer moong are high in protein.it is an agricultural hub for moong specially. We always try to be a step ahead to make our pulses better, we use RO purified water in the splitting process and for the same we add flaxseed oil which has omega 3, it enhances the nutrition and increases the shelf life.
